Scheduled Fill Program gives you peace of mind to avoid propane outages and fees associated with an outage, thus protecting you and your family.
Unlike the Scheduled Fill Program, the Will Call Program requires you to read and manage your propane usage. It’s very important that you do not allow your tank to run empty. If you allow your tank to run empty, a Propane Safety Check will be required before it can be refilled. For this reason, we recommend that you check your tank often, especially during the winter months. We encourage you to call for a fill when your gauge is between 20% to 30% to allow adequate time for your delivery as all will call orders require a minimum of 5 business days’ notice prior to delivery.
Most customers find our Scheduled Fill Program to be much more convenient, so we allow you to switch from the Will Call Program to the Scheduled Fill Program at any time.
Summer Fill Program can save you money by taking advantage of the low summer prices. Summer Fill delivery will begin on June 1 for all of our scheduled fill customers. If you’re a will-call customer, you must call to order your Summer Fill delivery.

There are several places around town where you can exchange your propane cylinder but have you read the fine print? Most of those places give you a less than full cylinder. However, at Two Rivers, we always fill cylinders to maximum capacity, which means you’ll get up to 20% more propane!
Propane Cylinder Safety
With the outdoor grilling season here, there are several safety tips you should review before you get cooking.
ALWAYS: Store or place a propane cylinder outdoors and in an open area, not in a basement, garage, shed, or tent.
ALWAYS: Be mindful of the company your cylinder keeps. You don’t want to have it near a stove, fireplace, or other heat sources. This is also why you should not store a spare cylinder under or near your barbecue grill.
ALWAYS: Stay aware when you are handling cylinders. You don’t want anyone smoking near it. You should also make sure your cylinder does not come into contact with ignition sources such as flames or spark-producing electrical tools.
ALWAYS: Leave the care and repair of a cylinder in the hands of a skilled propane professional. You should not make any attempt to modify or repair valves, regulators, or other cylinder or appliance parts.
It’s crucial that every member living in your home is aware of propane safety. Please take a moment to read the following information about propane gas safety.
Safety Check Program. We offer a Propane Safety Check Program for all propane customers upon request.
Request additional safety brochures. We have several brochures available at our offices to help you better understand propane safety. Please let us know if you would like further information and we will get these brochures to you.
Replace out of date regulators. Keeping your regulators updated is an important safety requirement. When our service team fills your tank, they will check the age of your regulators. If any of your regulators are out of date per the manufacturer, we will notify you and schedule a date for installing the replacement regulator(s).
Don’t let tanks run empty. With the concerns that have been raised across the country when propane tanks run empty, we will be following the guidelines established by the National Propane Gas Association to aid in safety for our customers. If the tank is empty, a service person MUST perform a Propane Safety Check on the entire propane system to check for leaks before the tank is placed back in service. Propane Safety Check Program details.
Check or purchase home safety equipment. If you have a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, or carbon monoxide detector in your home, now is the time to get them checked to see if they are working properly. If you don’t have these items in your home, please consider making these purchases.
How to handle a Propane EMERGENCY. In the event of a propane gas emergency, please follow these steps:
