We are writing to you today to address the recent fire at the fertilizer plant in Otley. We understand that this incident may have caused concern regarding your upcoming fertilizer needs, and we want to assure you that we are taking all necessary steps to minimize any disruptions.
First and foremost, we are grateful that no one was injured in the fire. We are currently assessing the full extent of the damage and working diligently to meet the needs of our customers. We understand the critical importance of timely fertilizer delivery for your farming operations, particularly during this crucial season.
We want to reassure you that:
We are committed to fulfilling all existing and future fertilizer orders. We are actively working to secure supply sources and optimize our distribution network to ensure your orders are met.
We are exploring all available options to maintain consistent supply. This includes utilizing alternative Two Rivers facilities which will be in service tentatively April 14th.
We will keep you informed of any potential changes to delivery schedules. We will communicate transparently and proactively about any adjustments that may be necessary.
