Board Approves Tracy Expansion Project

Your board of directors recently approved a significant expansion project at the Tracy location. Construction will begin in the coming weeks on two grain bins, each having a 250,000 bushel capacity. This 500,000 bushel addition will add to the current capacity of 750,000 bushels.
The growth we have seen in both the grain and agronomy business in the Tracy area has been extraordinary. In order to continue to provide those services and handle the amount of grain we have seen come into the cooperative, the expansion is necessary. To give you some perspective, during the 2016 harvest season, the Tracy location received 1.45 million bushels of grain. This was 700,000 bushels more than the current storage capacity.
It is exciting to see the level of growth in the six years since the conception of the Tracy location. We are looking forward to continuing to provide the same level of service our customers in the Tracy area have come to count on
